Up to $2600 (depending on prior experiences) + KPI incentive

Job Description
  • Provide advisory to facilitate the employment of manpower
  • Identify issues relating to effectiveness and soundness of policies/procedures
  • List down the pain points and make recommendation for improvements
  • Build and maintain trust relationship by engaging with customers
  • Manage concurrent workstreams
Job Requirements
  • Able to handle high volumes of calls
  • Prior experience in call centre is preferred
  • Min N levels
