Customer Service Officer : Job Description : Support the sales team on preparation of invoice, Delivery order, sales order, quotation Perform as Customer Care Officer to manage all the incoming calls or emails Manage daily site schedule for field staff Handle technical calls Full spectrum of administrative support Manage all the Drivers & technicians job tasks Requirement : Nitec/'A' Level/Diploma in Business Admin, Operations Management, etc..
