Business Development Director We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Director to lead and grow our Design, Manufacturing & Packaging (DMP) business. This role focuses on industries such as: RF & Microwave Satellite Communications (Satcom) Defense & Radar High Power Electronics System Integration Solutions The ideal candidate should have both technical knowledge and business development experience in electronics, semiconductor, or advanced engineering environments. Key Responsibilities Lead and expand the DMP business across key technology markets. Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers. Drive new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. Manage projects from early concept stage to mass production. This includes: Proof of Concept (POC) Prototype development New Product Development (NPD) New Product Introduction (NPI) Mass Production (MP) Work closely with customers, engineering teams, manufacturers, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Identify new market trends, technologies, and growth opportunities. Support technical solutioning and system integration for customer projects. Lead technical discussions, planning, and project execution activities. Build and maintain strong industry networks and partnerships. Travel regionally and internationally for customer meetings, supplier management, and business development activities. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Semiconductor, RF/Microwave Engineering, or related field. Experience in RF, Satcom, Defense, Radar, Microwave, High Power Devices, or System Integration industries. Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing, semiconductor packaging, and advanced engineering products. Experience handling projects from development stage to mass production. Familiar with New Product Development (NPD) and manufacturing transfer processes. Experience in defense, aerospace, industrial, or high-reliability industries is an advantage. Strong business development skills and industry connections. Good communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with frequent travel for business and customer support.
