Currently, we are inviting resumes for the following position: Job Description Manage and oversee Structured Cabling and ELV projects from planning to completion Plan and control project budget, costing, and resources to ensure projects are delivered within budget Review drawings, specifications and material submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements Coordinate technical requirements for Structured Cabling (Copper/Fibre), network cabinets and cable containment systems familiarity with CCTV, Access Control, Public Address and Intercom systems will be an advantage Attend project meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractors for smooth project execution Monitor project schedule, manpower and site progress to meet deadlines Supervise installation works and ensure quality, safety and technical standards are met Prepare and monitor project cost reports, variation orders (VO) and claims Manage testing, commissioning, documentation, as-built drawings and project handover. Requirements Education:
Diploma or Degree in Electrical/ElectronicsEngineering, IT, Building Services or related field Experience:
5-10 years in Structured Cabling, ELV or ICTprojects experience in commercial, residential or data centre projects familiar with network cabling certification and testing Technical Knowledge:
Structured Cabling standards (ISO/IEC), fibre and copper cabling, ELV system integration, Microsoft office applications and project management tools Skills:
Project coordination and leadership, stakeholder communication, technical drawing interpretation, problem-solving and decision-making Preferred Certifications:
Safety certifications (WSH/MOM) and 3rd party vendor certification.
