Project Engineer, Ang Mo Kio

Job Description:- Monitor & supervise team to ensure compliance of work in accordance with the project plan. Review and monitor site construction activities to ensure work completion as scheduled. Handle all documentation, submissions and on-site meetings. Evaluation, cost estimation & analysis for M&E Sanitary & Plumbing. Responsible for general on -site technical engineering matters and quality checks. Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise. Ensure that all material used and work performed are as per specifications Preparation of monthly report on job site status. Liaise with client, architects, consultants,sub-contractors, suppliers and relevant authorities. Attend site meetings and inspections. Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time. Requirements:- Diploma / Degree or Relevant skill certificate Experienced in Plumbing & Sanitary services Fresh & Experience candidates with the right aptitude are welcomed to apply.
