Balloon Executive (Event), Ang Mo Kio

Prepare, inflate and quality check balloons and event decor before dispatch Execute onsite event setup, installation and teardown Support delivery loading, packing and equipment handling Coordinate event logistics, timelines and setup requirements Maintain inventory of balloons, materials, tools and event equipment Follow SOPs, safety procedures and quality control requirements Support warehouse and fulfilment operations when required Assist in post-event dismantling, returns and equipment recovery Requirements / Skills
Physically fit and comfortable handling hands-on setup work Able to work weekends at least 1 day per week, public holidays and flexible event hours Good attitude, responsible and willing to learn Able to work under pressure in fast-paced event environments Strong coordination and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with good execution standards Comfortable using WhatsApp, spreadsheets and basic digital tools Able to work independently and as part of a team Qualifications Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent (Events, Logistics, Hospitality or related fields preferred) Fresh graduates may apply Relevant event or operations experience is an advantage
