Responsibilities Coordinate the entire online order fulfillment process to ensure timely and accurate delivery Pick and pack products efficiently to meet order requirements and maintain quality standards Respond to customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly to enhance customer experience Provide clear and accurate product information to assist customers in making informed decisions Liaise with courier services to arrange shipments and provide customers with tracking updates Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and support smooth operations
