Lead and manage day-to-day ambulance operations, including manpower scheduling, dispatching, and on-ground coordination Oversee fleet readiness, medical equipment, safety and operational logistics Supervise a team of medics, paramedics, and operations staff provide coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews Ensure all activities comply with medical, safety and regulatory standards, including company operational protocols.
