Job Summary Assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating construction projects to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality completion. Responsibilities Assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating all aspects of construction projects to support successful delivery Monitor project progress and identify issues to implement timely resolutions that keep projects on schedule and within budget Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and effective collaboration throughout project phases Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and financial records, to support project tracking and accountability Oversee site supervisors, tradespeople, and project team members to ensure work aligns with project standards and timelines Support the implementation and adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies to maintain a safe work environment Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by recommending enhancements to project management processes and best practices Communicate effectively with diverse project stakeholders to build strong working relationships and resolve conflicts Manage workload efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail Required competencies and certifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
