Description
Responsibilities: Provide first-level IT support and troubleshooting assistance. Coordinate with external vendors for the maintenance of computer equipment and software programs. Set up laptops for training sessions or online meetings (for colleagues using desktops). Manage and maintain IT inventory, ensuring proper tracking and record-keeping. Perform monthly hard disk swaps. IT Set up for new hires and employees on business travel, ensuring all required access and functions are properly configured. Support IT onboarding and offboarding processes. Manage IT procurement, including obtaining vendor quotations and preparing purchase orders for new computer or IT-related equipment as needed. Perform SAP parts creation. Perform ad hoc IT or system-related duties as assigned. Requirements: GCE 'N' Level or above Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in IT support, system administration. Possess good interaction skills and able to communicate with people at all levels. Strong coordination and multi-tasking skills Able to work fast pace environment and complete assigned tasks within schedules.
