IT Support Technician, Ang Mo Kio

( Roles & Responsibilities ) Actively monitor, configure, and secure the company's internal network architecture, firewalls, and endpoint devices against potential data breaches or security vulnerabilities. Oversee the end-to-end installation, network configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous maintenance of site-wide IP CCTV systems, PoE switches, and biometric access control hardware. Provide comprehensive technical troubleshooting and repairing for corporate hardware and server Assist front end customer service during busy period Have the knowledge to create and design apps from scratch will be a plus point
( Requirements ) Bachelor Degree in Infocomm Technology from a recognized institution Practical, hands-on knowledge of networking protocols, routing, firewall security configuration, and physical deployment of network-attached CCTV surveillance hardware. Highly adaptable individual comfortable with dividing time between hardware site setups, and assisting in daily multi-functional company operations and high-level code deployment
