R&D Specialist, Bedok

Job Responsibilities:
Involvement in local R&D projects focused on decarbonized fuels such as hydrogen and ammonia. Lead and support R&D investigations from a sensing technology perspective. Drive R&D initiatives with internal and external partners to develop sensing technologies that support advanced control and maintenance in future fuel production. Policies and Procedures : Develop and maintain procedures to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Work Scheduling : Assign short-term schedules to team members to meet objectives within timelines. Data Analysis : Collect and analyze data independently using established tools and methods. Client Relationship : Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and deliver high-quality services. Document Preparation : Prepare complex documents and compile data for reports. Process Improvement : Identify gaps in processes and apply change management solutions. Solutions & Recommendations : Interpret data, propose solutions, and advise managers on applying procedures. Project Support : Assist in project management activities. Capability Building : Participate in training, accreditation, and continuous learning to enhance performance. Manages Complexity : Analyzes complex issues and identifies root causes. Skills

Qualifications
Education : Degree/Masters/PHD in Engineering/Science.
Experience : 2-4 years of experience with procedures and systems
