Job Summary Support the Sales Team by coordinating daily job flow, managing customer communications, updating the Transport Management System, coordinating deliveries, resolving requests with internal teams, and ensuring job closure with accurate documentation and billing. Responsibilities Coordinate daily job flow to support the Sales Team in meeting operational targets Manage customer calls and emails to process orders accurately and promptly Update the Transport Management System with real-time job progress to maintain transparency Liaise with customers to coordinate deliveries and ensure service satisfaction Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer requests quickly and effectively Complete job closure tasks including documentation and billing to ensure accurate records Perform administrative duties such as filing and record-keeping to maintain organized records Execute ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support team and operational needs Preferred competencies and qualifications Knowledge and experience in transportation or logistics to enhance job performance Other Information Required to work on alternate Saturdays
