Role Description

This is a success driven role, for a Wellness Partner located in Singapore. In this role, you will work to foster meaningful connections with clients, deliver exceptional customer service, and facilitate their participation in health and wellness programs of your own that we can promote on our platform and share regional programs and locations you can promote. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, educating them on wellness services, overseeing program implementation, and contributing to a positive experience throughout the wellness journey. You will also collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure the seamless execution of client-centric initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and teams.
• Customer Service expertise to meet and exceed expectations in a hospitality or wellness-enriching environment.
• Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a culturally diverse environment while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
