Head of IAM & Security Solutions (Asia), Singapore

As Head of Cybersecurity Solution, you will lead and grow Adnovum’s IAM and Security Consulting business in Asia. You will shape the practice strategy, develop client relationships, lead a team of experts, and ensure the successful delivery of high‑quality consulting mandates.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Lead and further develop Adnovum’s IAM and Security Consulting practice
• Shape and promote IAM, access governance, security architecture, and security consulting offerings for existing and new clients
• Drive business development by supporting sales, engaging in client acquisition, expanding key accounts, and leading proposal and tender activities
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on IAM and security strategy, architecture, operating models, and transformation roadmaps
• Lead and grow a team of IAM and security experts, including staffing, recruiting, coaching, and people development
• Define strategic competencies, delivery standards, and knowledge‑sharing initiatives for the IAM and security consulting team
• Oversee IAM and security consulting mandates across the full lifecycle, from strategy and solution design to implementation governance, handover, and continuous improvement
• Lead senior client workshops, clarify business and technical requirements, support feasibility assessments, and present solution concepts to decision‑makers
• Ensure high‑quality delivery, sustainable service offerings, and proper alignment between client needs, project teams, and support organizations
• Represent Adnovum in client discussions, partner engagements, and relevant IAM and cybersecurity networks
• Report regularly to the leadership team on business development, delivery status, team growth, and strategic initiatives

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information security, business informatics, engineering, or a similar background
• At least 10 years of experience in IAM, cybersecurity consulting, security architecture, or security solution delivery
• Proven experience in a business and/or technical leadership role, including customer relationship management and team leadership
• Solid sales and pre‑sales experience, including opportunity shaping, proposals, tenders, and senior client presentations
• Strong track record in leading IAM or security consulting engagements from strategy and architecture through delivery
• Experience in people management, capability development, and building high‑performing teams
• Strong understanding of IAM, access governance, security architecture, and enterprise security consulting
• Strategic industry knowledge and a strong network in sectors such as banking, insurance, public sector, healthcare, transportation and logistics, or other regulated industries
• Excellent communication, consulting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus
• Relevant IAM, security, or cloud certifications are a plus
