Position: Technical Manager (CCTV / Security Systems / ELV)
Location: Outram (Office-based)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6.00pm
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $7,500 + Transport Allowance/Reimbursement + AWS + Performance Bonus + Mobile Reimbursement + Birthday Leave + Health Insurance

Main Responsibilities:

Lead and manage service and maintenance operations for security systems
Supervise and guide a team of Technical Officers
Act as the main point of contact for client service-related matters
Plan service scope, resource allocation, and project timelines
Ensure timely completion of maintenance and service commitmentsManage client expectations and maintain strong relationships
Handle service escalations, troubleshooting, and complaints
Improve processes, workflows, and technical documentation
Monitor team performance, KPIs, and service delivery standards

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field
At least 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent hands-on expertise in security / CCTV / ELV systems
Experience leading a team or supervising projects is preferred
Strong communication and client management skills to liaise with stakeholders and clients
Hands-on experience in installation, testing, and commissioning is an advantage
