Responsibilities

Support compliance reporting and data analysis activities within assigned timelines
Review and analyze cases relating to sales conduct, policy breaches, or operational issues
Assist in investigating and escalating potential compliance concerns where required
Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry guidelines
Participate in projects and process improvement initiatives, including reporting and dashboard enhancements
Prepare reports, maintain records, and support audit or compliance reviews
Work closely with internal stakeholders to support compliance operations
Familiar with FAA and MAS regulations and industry guidelines applicable to insurance industry will be an added advantage
Experience in data analysis related to insurance sales and/or agent misconduct would be an added advantage
