Description
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.
- Monitor inventory levels, prepare inventory reports, conduct cycle counts, and address stock discrepancies.
- Handle picking and packing of inventory items to fulfill customer orders.
- Collaborate with both internal and external warehouse teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Track customer orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Coordinate with customers, warehouse staff, and freight forwarders regarding shipments.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on shipment and delivery status, ensuring all orders are completed.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- At least 1 years working experience as warehouse admin
- Advanced in MS Excel, Word, SAP, WMS
- Good communication skills
