• Position: Logistic Coordinator (SAP)
• Location: Novena (5-minute walk – nearest Novena MRT)
• Working hours: 5 days a week (Monday – Friday) – 9am to 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Basic $4200 + Performance Bonus – up to 2 months + 14 days Annual Leave
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Market leader in the fountain technology industry.

• Coordinate daily logistics, shipping, and delivery operations to ensure timely order fulfilment
• Process sales orders, purchase orders, and delivery documentation accurately in the SAP system
• Liaise with freight forwarders, warehouse providers, suppliers, and internal teams on shipment schedules
• Monitor inventory movement and stock accuracy across warehouse locations
• Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, permits, and delivery orders
• Track inbound and outbound shipments and resolve delivery issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company procedures
• Maintain accurate logistics records and prepare periodic reports
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years of logistics / supply chain / order processing experience
• Hands‑on experience using SAP is required
• Familiarity with shipping documentation and inventory coordination
