Director, Event Management, Singapore

We are looking for a Director of Event Management to join our team.

• Lead and direct the Events Management team to achieve total events sales revenue targets in collaboration with Singapore Centre of Excellence Sales Leaders
• Manage cross‑divisional cooperation among Hotel Operations, COE Sales, Global Sales Office, and sister hotels to drive business growth and deliver best‑in‑class event services
• Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and performance of the Events Team
• Provide actionable ideas and feedback to operations teams to improve service quality, innovate processes, and increase operational efficiency
• Establish annual banquet and catering revenue budgets, set profitable pricing strategies, and produce monthly event profit and loss reports to analyze financial performance
• Ensure all guest interactions and event experiences meet the highest standards of quality and satisfaction
• Create memorable and exceptional experiences for guests through effective event management and service delivery

• Demonstrates passion for event management with relevant experience in the field
• Possesses confident and tactful leadership style that fosters a friendly, helpful, and trustworthy team environment
• Is self‑driven and goal‑oriented with the ability to challenge the status quo and think creatively
