Key Scope of Work
1. End-to-End EV Operations
Manage EV enquiries from initial contact to proposal and project execution
Conduct client needs assessment, site visits, and inspections
Coordinate internal approvals (including Director’s approval)
Oversee EVC system performance, monitoring, and troubleshooting
Ensure smooth execution of EV installations and operations
2. Compliance & Regulatory (LTA / LEW / SP)
HandleLEW submissionsfor EV, solar, and related projects
Stay updated onLTA directives and regulatory requirements
Manage and submitLTA incident reports
Prepare and submitmonthly LTA reportsin accordance with regulatory requirements
Take ownership ofLTA reporting and filing processes
Develop and maintainprocess flow documentation
CoordinateSP electricity account openingfor EV charger activation (commissioning stage)
Ensure all documentation isproperly recorded and maintained
3. System & Platform Coordination
MonitorUnion EVC sites and system performance
Coordinate EV charging app subscriptions and onboarding
Work with internal teams/vendors on system improvements and troubleshooting
4. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
Handle EV-related client communication, feedback, and follow-ups
Conduct client calls, presentations, and advisory discussions
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service quality
5. Business Support (BSU Scope + Lead Management)
Handle enquiries via:
Email
AI chatbot platform
Phone calls / hotline
Support enquiries acrossEV, solar, and electricity services
Assist inlead generation and follow-upfrom:
Website enquiries
Social media (e.g. Facebook)
AI chatbot
Coordinate internally to convert leads into opportunities
6. Reporting & Ownership
Fully accountable for EV operations performance
Conductweekly EV reporting, including:
Revenue and pipeline
Operational updates
Challenges and action plans
Candidate Profile (Key Expectations)
Strong communication skills (English, presentation, client-facing)
Proactive, outspoken, and able to takefull ownership
Strong administrative and coordination capabilities
Ability tothink beyond scope and improve processes
Good team fit — collaborative and able to work across departments
Fast learner (no prior EV experience required; training will be provided)
Working Nature
Primarily desk-based, with occasional site visits and client engagement
Travel allowance will be provided when required
Working Hours
Normal office hours (Monday to Friday)
Ad-hoc project support may be required when necessary
Occasional after-office-hours support may be required (primarily via phone)
Key Consideration
This role goes beyond execution and requires:
Ownership of EV operations and compliance processes (LTA/LEW/SP)
Ability to structure, document, and improve workflows
Strong coordination across departments and stakeholders
Objective:
To build a reliable, independent resource who can manage EV operations end-to-end and ensure continuity without recurring performance gaps.
