As a member specializing in Document Management Systems (DMS), you will be a pivotal member of a high‑impact GovTech project team. Collaborating closely with Project Managers, Cloud Architects, and Technical Consultants, you will design and deliver mission‑critical ICT capabilities that empower public sector efficiency. This role involves rotational 24/7 standby support and planned after‑office hours maintenance or patching activities; candidates should be comfortable with such optional requirements.

• Administration: Manage enterprise‑grade Document Management Systems to streamline organizational content and document lifecycles.
• Requirements Analysis: Lead stakeholder workshops and requirements‑gathering sessions to translate complex business workflows into functional and design specifications.
• Quality Assurance: Define validation and acceptance criteria; rigorously review system integration testing and data conversion processes to ensure high‑standard delivery.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Perform deep‑dive root cause analysis and collaborate with developers to resolve complex technical issues, implementing preventive measures to optimize performance.

We are looking for a proactive professional who balances technical depth with a strategic mindset.

• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Document Management Expertise: At least 3+ years of hands‑on experience with OpenText Document Management Systems and/or Microsoft SharePoint.
• Web Standards: Strong understanding of general web functions, security principles, session management, and mobile‑responsive design.
