We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to join our team. We are committed to long-term growth and are seeking individuals who are passionate about eCommerce. This role provides an opportunity to gain expertise in various facets of eCommerce before specializing in a chosen area. • Manage and optimize existing and new eCommerce accounts across multiple platforms, including Lazada, Shopee, and Zalora.
• Oversee our owned e-commerce websites.
• Achieve quarterly and yearly key performance metrics related to eCommerce sales and customer engagement.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date content, including product listings, images, descriptions and prices, aligning with branding guidelines and references.
• Address operational issues arising from online platforms effectively and promptly.
• Engage with customers, respond to inquiries, and monitor and manage customer reviews.
• Assist with daily order processing, including picking and packing when necessary.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfilment and inventory management.
• Monitor stock level and coordinate replenishment and logistics partner pickups as needed.
• Support various ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify), CMS, and digital marketing tools.
• Photoshop skills for image editing and optimization.
• Basic HTML skills.
• Photography skills are a plus.
