• 5+years ofexperience working asasoftware engineer onstorage and distributed systems.
• Extensive programming experience with atleast one modern language such as Go, Rust, Typescript, Java.
• In-depth understanding ofdecentralized systems, blockchain, and web3, aswell assystem design, data structures, and algorithms
• In-depth understanding ofhow towrite product PoC, and MVP onthe frontend, backend, and blockchain level.

Inaddition tothe core requirements, weexpect the following from the ideal candidate:

• Smart contracts expertise: Experience insmart contract development and architecture.
• Building solutions from scratch: The ability toconceptualize and build media solutions from the groundup.
• Technical leadership: You will guide and provide technical advice and support throughout the project, driving solutions forward.
• Client interaction: You will work closely with clients during pre-sales, ensuring adeep understanding oftheir needs and requirements.
• Architectural strategy: Define both business and technical needs todevelop architecture strategies, standards, and processes.
• Roadmaps and timelines: Construct project roadmaps and provide estimates for solution implementation timelines.
• System design: Offer system design recommendations that align with technical requirements and best practices.
• Cutting-edge technology: Work with the latest technologies and tools, helping todefine best practices and identify areas for improvement.

The following skills and experiences would beconsidered asignificant advantage:

• Expertise indatabase engine internals (storage), including indexing, access methods, concurrency control, logging, caching, transaction processing, replication, backup restore, and buffer management.
• Proficiency indatabase engine internals (query processing), such asquery compilation, optimization, execution, and parallel execution.
• Experience with decentralized storage systems like IPFS.
• Experience developing SDKs and contributing toopen-source projects.
• Knowledge ofdistributed systems, including consensus-based quorum replication and NoSQL system implementation.
