HR Executive (1-Year Contract, Convertible to Permanent)Financial Services CompanyResponsibilities

Support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management
Coordinate interviews and liaise with hiring managers and external recruitment agencies
Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and maintain accurate employee documentation
Assist in payroll processing, leave administration, claims, and benefits coordination
Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations
Support employee engagement activities, training coordination, and HR projects
Handle HR queries and provide administrative support to employees and management
Maintain and update HR databases and reports

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
2–5 years of HR experience, preferably within financial services, banking, or professional services
Good understanding of Singapore employment practices and HR processes
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Additional Information

1-year renewable contract with opportunity for conversion to permanent subject to performance and business needs
