Description

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end case management for insurance applications and ongoing policy servicing
Manage daily operational workflows, turnaround times, and service quality standards
Collaborate closely with consultants and internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex cases
Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client experience
Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to junior team members
Ensure accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and adherence to internal policies

Requirements

Proven experience in client management, relationship building, and delivering high-quality service within the high-net-worth (HNW) segment
Strong understanding of life insurance products and insurance brokerage operational processes, particularly for HNW clients
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills to manage complex and high-volume cases
Effective written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and professionalism
Leadership or team supervision experience is an added advantage
Familiarity with the Singapore insurance regulatory environment is an added advantage
