Process Commissioning Engineer - Biopharma, Singapore

We are currently looking for a Process Commissioning Engineer to join us on a permanent basis to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.

• Execute commissioning activities for upstream, downstream, utilities, and process equipment systems.
• Review P&IDs, process flow diagrams, design specifications, and vendor documentation.
• Lead system walkdowns, punch listing, and mechanical completion verification.
• Coordinate SAT, IOQ support, loop checks, functional testing, and start‑up activities.
• Work closely with QA, Validation, Engineering, EHS, and Operations teams to ensure GMP compliance.
• Support troubleshooting, deviation resolution, and handover to operations.

• Degree / Diploma in Chemical, Process, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of commissioning experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or vaccine manufacturing projects.
• Strong knowledge of GMP environments and process equipment.
• Experience with clean utilities, CIP/SIP, reactors, skids, filtration, and aseptic systems preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced brownfield / greenfield project environment.
