The Programme Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore, responsible for managing the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of assigned academic programmes. The Programme Manager oversees programme operations, including timetabling, resource allocation, and coordination with academic partners and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery. This role supports faculty with administrative matters, monitors student progression and feedback, and helps resolve academic and operational issues in a timely and learner-centric manner. The Programme Manager also contributes to teaching, curriculum review cycles, quality assurance activities, and regulatory compliance in line with institutional and external standards. In addition, the role involves supporting student recruitment and outreach activities, preparing programme reports and analytics, and recommending enhancements to strengthen programme outcomes and student experience. Qualifications
Strong programme and project management capabilities, including planning, coordination, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities. Proficiency in education administration and operations, such as timetabling, resource planning, and student lifecycle management within a higher education or training environment. Experience in academic quality assurance, including documentation, compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaboration with external academic partners or accrediting bodies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build constructive relationships with faculty, students, partners, and internal teams. Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the use of data and reports to monitor programme performance and drive improvements. Competence with office productivity tools and education-related systems (e.g., student information systems, learning management systems, reporting tools). Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Business, Management, or related disciplines); a postgraduate qualification is an advantage. Prior experience in programme management within a private education institution or higher education setting in Singapore is highly desirable.
