Job Summary

As a Client Management Executive, you will support client lifecycle processes and collaborate with consultants to deliver operational solutions across accounting, finance, HR, payroll, corporate secretarial, and business management functions.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by serving as the primary contact for enquiries, service support, and account management
  • Drive client satisfaction through regular engagement, timely follow-ups, and proactive support to sustain ongoing business partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to analyze client requirements and deliver tailored solutions that support business growth
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and ensure consistent communication with assigned accounts
  • Coordinate effectively across teams to facilitate seamless client service delivery
  • Monitor and apply relevant guidelines to ensure all client interactions comply with professional and regulatory standards in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage multiple client activities simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and organizational accuracy
