Responsibilities:

• Negotiate, manage, and monitor building maintenance service contracts for repairs and upkeep.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair works carried out by external contractors.
• Manage company fleet leasing administration, including servicing schedules and contract renewals.
• Plan, initiate, and execute improvement projects to enhance building operations and efficiency.
• Oversee waste management and approved disposal of general items and documents.
• Manage the end-to-end process for annual inspection and certification of building regulatory systems and equipment.
• Act as the primary liaison between the company and external service providers, including security and cleaning contractors.
• Ensure workplace safety and health standards are implemented and maintained.
• Provide operational and administrative support, including support to the internal fire response team.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Integrated Facility Management, Facilities Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facilities, building operations, or maintenance management.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence
