• Penetration Testing – identify and exploit vulnerabilities to secure client assets.
• Red Teaming – simulate adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures to test defenses and maintain long‑term access to compromised systems.
• Cybersecurity Assessment – evaluate security posture through host configuration review, source code review, architecture review, and risk assessment.

• Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology students from reputable universities or polytechnics.
• Strong fundamental knowledge of information technology and cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of security testing tools such as Kali Linux, Covenant, Metasploit, nmap, Burp Suite, etc.
• Analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; teamwork orientation.
• Proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as bash and Python.

• Penetration testing certifications such as CEH, CRT, OSCP.
• Participation in CTF, public discovery of information security flaws, acknowledged CVE, or published research/tool in the offensive security domain.
