Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Programme Ops) - PACE, Singapore

Singapore Polytechnic’s Professional and Adult Continuing Education (PACE) Academy is a leading continuing education and training (CET) academy. Reporting to the Senior Manager (Short Course), the appointee will support the administration and operations of CET training programmes.

• Administer learner registrations, enrolments, withdrawals and attendance records.
• Coordinate course logistics, including classrooms, training facilities, learning platforms, and teaching resources.
• Liaise with academic staff, trainers, vendors, and stakeholders to support smooth course delivery.
• Coordinate examination preparation and support exam invigilation duties when required.
• Assist with data collection and reporting for internal reviews, management reporting, and external submissions where applicable.
• Support process improvements, operational coordination, and other CET‑related administrative duties as assigned.

• At least 5 years of working experience, preferably in educational programme management or training operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong organisational, time management and multitasking abilities.
• Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Successful candidate will be offered a 2‑year contract in the first instance.
