We are partnering with a leading banking client to hire an experienced Functional Business Analyst to support large‑scale SAP migration initiatives.

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements for SAP‑to‑SAP migration projects
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate translation of requirements
• Support end-to-end project delivery, including impact analysis, UAT, and implementation
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consulting partners to ensure smooth migration
• Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities across processes

• 5–10 years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst
• Prior consulting experience is mandatory
• Experience within banking or financial services is highly preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, complex project environments
