APAC Cloud & Network Manager - Central, Singapore

Lead a regional service delivery team, managing cloud and network services across multiple APAC markets including offices and retail sites, while overseeing GNOC and GIOC vendors to ensure seamless operations and support.

• Design, deploy, and manage Azure-based infrastructure (VMs, storage, networking, identity).
• Optimise resources for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Implement governance, automation, and best practices (ARM, Bicep, Terraform).

• Oversee enterprise networks (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, SD-WAN).
• Ensure availability, security, and performance across APAC sites.
• Manage core services (IP, DNS, DHCP, routing).

• Enforce security controls across cloud and network.
• Partner with cybersecurity teams on threat protection, access, and compliance (ISO 27001, NIST).
• Respond to incidents and manage risk.

• Lead monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Manage incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Oversee capacity planning and cost optimisation.

• Manage regional IT projects (hardware refreshes, rollouts, upgrades).
• Lead vendor management, RFPs, and negotiations in partnership with procurement and legal.
• Apply project management methodology to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

• Identify and implement improvements to reliability, automation, and user experience.
• Lead change management and adoption of new solutions.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the regional cloud and network team.
• Partner with global IT, applications, security, and business units to align IT with business needs.
• Act as primary point of contact for regional stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years in IT infrastructure, including 3+ years in regional/global roles.
• Strong expertise in cloud and network management (Azure, Cisco, Forti, Aryaka, Windows, Linux).
• Experience supporting diverse environments (corporate, warehouse, manufacturing, retail).
• ITIL and PMP/Prince2 certifications preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel within APAC.
