QA/QC Executive – Facilities & Building Services, Singapore

• Salary from $4000 - $5200

• Monday to Friday, Office Hours

• High bonus payout (3 months)

• Company-provided transport (islandwide pickup)

• Conduct quality assurance and quality control audits on completed maintenance and service works.

• Perform site inspections and documentation reviews to ensure compliance with quality standards and contract requirements.

• Prepare audit findings, reports, and recommendations in a timely manner.

• Monitor corrective and preventive actions to ensure effective closure of audit findings.

• Identify recurring issues, risks, and improvement opportunities, escalating critical matters when required.

• Support external audits and compliance assessments conducted by customers or regulatory bodies.

• Maintain quality records and documentation in accordance with quality management requirements.

• Work closely with operational teams to promote continuous improvement and service excellence.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in facilities management, engineering, quality assurance, workplace safety, or related fields.

• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO standards, and WSH practices.
