We are seeking an experienced R&D Specialist to investigate the systems biology of aging and the impact of nutrition on biomarkers of aging. The specialist will analyze and interpret omics data, develop predictive models, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for interventions that improve healthspan and prevent disease.

• Analyze and interpret the effects of diet and nutrition on biomarkers of aging and the microbiome predictive of organ and systems aging.
• Integrate and interpret omics data to understand healthy aging.
• Apply biomarkers of aging (epigenetic, metabolomic, proteomic, microbiome‑metabolomic patterns) to identify people at risk for accelerated biological aging.
• Develop predictive models of how nutrition impacts biomarkers to predict health outcomes.
• Investigate interactions between the microbiome‑metabolome and host biology, exploring how microbial and circulating metabolites mediate systemic health benefits.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for nutrition to influence systems biology for specific organ systems.
• Propose disruptive interventional concepts for biotics or bioactives that enhance healthspan and prevent disease.
• Support internal and external scientific communication on nutrition and the systems biology of aging.
• Develop and execute strategically relevant research activities in healthy longevity and women's health initiatives.
• Provide expertise in analyzing and interpreting OMICS datasets (proteomics, microbiome metagenomics, metabolomics, ex vivo fermentation & cohort-derived multiomics).
• Strengthen scientific advancement, moving from clinically observed correlations to causal mechanisms.
• Deliver research results, scientific hypotheses, and supportive IP filings.
• Publish academic papers and internal R&D notes.
• Inspire cross‑functional teams and foster high‑performing project teams.
• Establish and nurture relationships within R&D organization and with external partners.
• Monitor relevant external partners such as academia and startups.
• Support communication of scientific results internally and externally.

• 5‑7 years experience, PhD or MD/PhD with recognized scientific expertise in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Metabolism, Systems Biology.
• Expertise in OMICS integration and Systems Biology and their translational applications.
• Knowledge of healthy longevity and/or women's health.
• Experience in corporate R&D is a plus.
• Experience leading projects with strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Interest and experience in bridging science and technology toward health value propositions.
• Strong collaborative mindset and communication skills enabling navigation of academic‑industry environments.
