Process Engineer Technician III, Singapore

We are seeking a hands‑on and proactive Process Engineering Technician to support manufacturing operations. This role acts as a first‑line technical problem solver to ensure Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Safety (QCDS) targets are achieved. The ideal candidate will support process validation, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

• Assist engineers in validating new equipment and manufacturing processes
• Troubleshoot technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor
• Participating in cross‑functional activities to improve operational performance
• Assist in evaluating processes and equipment to ensure compliance with local regulations
• Support the development of technical capabilities across departments
• Fabricate and maintain basic jigs and fixtures to improve product quality and delivery
• Maintain accurate records and compile reports as required
• Collaborate with the broader engineering team to support operational goals
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Diploma or above in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar manufacturing or engineering support role
• Experience working in a production or factory environment

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Basic project coordination experience
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles
• Understanding of ESD best practices
• Ability to use basic hand tools and workshop equipment
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Team player with the ability to work independently when required
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
