You will be a critical part of a team specialising in AI, technology and digital infrastructure hiring across industries shaping the future of infrastructure and sustainability, with particular focus on renewables, marine and industrial transformation markets.

This is a full 360 role with end-to-end ownership of your market — from building client relationships to closing mandates.

You will work closely with senior leadership to grow your focus area, developing both your client base and candidate network while driving revenue. There is a clear trajectory towards leadership, with the opportunity to build your own niche or team over time.

You will build and grow your personal brand as a market-leading consultant, winning new business while developing strong, long-term relationships with clients. Alongside this, you will headhunt and engage top talent, building a network ahead of demand.

You will own the full recruitment lifecycle — shaping briefs, presenting high-quality shortlists, driving interview processes and closing offers with pace and judgement.

As you gain traction, you will take on increasing ownership in shaping strategy, identifying opportunities, and contributing to the broader growth of the business.
