Responsibilities
  • Manage the full case lifecycle from initial client meeting to placement and post-servicing
  • Support consultants in preparing quotations, product comparisons, and marketing materials
  • Coordinate client medical examinations and prepare pre-submission documentation
  • Liaise with insurers on case submissions and follow up on underwriting status
  • Collaborate with consultants and external stakeholders (bankers, wealth planners, insurers, trustees, EAMs) to establish policy ownership and arrange collateral premium financing
  • Assist in ensuring timely completion of policy servicing and annual reviews
  • Ensure all client documentation complies with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and insurer due diligence standards
  • Prepare regular reports on pipeline activities and banking interactions
  • Execute operational tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures
  • Support operational projects as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in back-office or administrative support roles; experience in financial services, insurance, legal, or related sectors is preferred
  • Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1) to communicate with Japanese speaking counterparts
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
Advantage
  • Experience in the life insurance industry (e.g., underwriting, policy administration, sales support, or operations) is an added advantage
  • Experience in middle- or back-office roles within Private Banks, Trust companies, or External Asset Managers is an added advantage
  • Foundational knowledge of High-Net-Worth (HNW) or Wealth Management sectors is an added advantage
  • Possession of relevant regulatory certifications in Singapore (e.g., CMFAS M5, M9, M9A, HI) is an added advantage
  • Relevant professional certifications such as Financial Planner (FP) or equivalent are an added advantage
