Job Scope Automation system installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance. Setup electronics controllers, PC, and install software. Perform on site machine buy-off as per agreed customer requirements Analyze equipment failures and identify root causes to effectively repair equipment failures. Able to analyze electrical/electronic circuit, read machine logfiles to identify root cause for the problem Able to repair electrical components, setup robot software, PC software. Establish a seamless interface between customers and company. Demonstrate high integrity and work independently with minimal supervision Spearhead customer issues and coordinate with internal departments and customer stakeholders to resolve them efficiently. Escalate to management if necessary Respond to phone support and onsite support requests in accordance with SLA Prepare and present accurate, detailed service reports in a timely manner.
Requirement Diploma in Electronics / Computer Engineering or related disciplines 2 to 4 years of relevant experiences in automation systems setup or service support Proficiency in installing software, configuration and setting up PCs and machines
