Description
Lead end‑to‑end financial control and month‑end close for multiple APAC entities Ensure statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions Strengthen internal controls, policies, and governance frameworks Partner regional finance teams and senior stakeholders on financial matters Oversee cash flow planning, intercompany activities, and working capital Drive process improvements across systems, reporting, and controls Lead and develop a high‑performing regional finance team
Profile
A Successful Finance Controller Should Have
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline 10+ years of relevant finance experience with regional exposure and the initial years starting out in Big 4 Strong working knowledge of IFRS and APAC tax environments Proven experience in financial control, compliance, and governance Ability to operate hands‑on while influencing senior stakeholders Track record of leading, coaching, and developing finance professionals
