A high-growth capital markets fintech is seeking a Head of Product to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of its institutional-grade digital market infrastructure. This is a senior leadership role for someone ready to shape product direction at company level and build a world-class product organisation.
The firm develops core infrastructure for financial institutions operating in tokenised markets. Its platforms span custody, tokenisation, and digital exchange infrastructure, enabling regulated financial instruments to transition onto modern digital rails and connect traditional capital markets with emerging digital asset ecosystems.
The Role – Head of Product
You will own the end-to-end product function, defining the long-term vision and leading execution across multiple product lines. Sitting at the intersection of capital markets, technology, and commercial strategy, you will work closely with executive leadership, engineering, regulators, and key institutional clients.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on product direction, requiring both market insight and the ability to scale product teams, processes, and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and lead the overall product vision and multi-year roadmap across custody, tokenisation, and digital exchange infrastructure. Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product team, establishing best-in-class product management practices and operating frameworks. Partner with engineering team to shape system architecture across blockchain and traditional financial infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and regulatory compliance. Drive prioritisation across competing initiatives, aligning product strategy with business objectives, revenue opportunities, and market demand. Act as a key interface with institutional clients, exchanges, regulators, and strategic partners to inform product direction and strengthen market positioning. Collaborate closely with commercial and business development teams to define product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market execution. Establish data-driven decision-making across the product lifecycle, leveraging analytics, I, and automation to optimise performance and internal workflows. Represent the product organisation at executive level, contributing to company-wide strategy, planning, and growth initiatives.
Ideal Profile – Head of Product
8-10+ years' experience across product management within capital markets, financial infrastructure, trading systems, or adjacent domains, with clear progression into leadership roles. Strong track record of owning and scaling complex, enterprise-grade platforms used by financial institutions. Deep understanding of capital markets workflows (trading, post-trade, custody, exchange infrastructure). Experience with digital assets, tokenisation, or blockchain-based financial systems is strongly preferred. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams spanning product, engineering, and commercial functions in regulated environments. Strong technical fluency, with the ability to engage in architectural discussions across distributed systems and modern software stacks. Strategic leader with a hands-on mindset, capable of operating effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including institutional clients, partners, and regulators.
