Resident Technical Officer (RTO) – Job Description Schools A & A works (Various Locations - West)
  • Supervise and inspect site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
  • Monitor contractor’s workmanship, progress, and site activities.
  • Ensure works are carried out safely and according to authority requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections and witness testing where required.
  • Check materials and workmanship quality on site.
  • Report site issues, defects, delays, or unsafe practices to consultant.
  • Maintain inspection reports, and photographs.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping and safety compliance on site.
  • Carry out other supervision duties assigned by Consultant Team
