SAP Program/Project Management Lead, Singapore

• Define project scope and manage the overall delivery of the program or project to achieve business outcomes.
• Monitor the execution of deliverables and communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes.
• Collaborate and lead the team to perform effectively and be responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for the immediate team and across other teams.
• Develop and implement project plans that align with business objectives.
• Facilitate regular meetings to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and problem‑solving.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.

• Expert proficiency in Project Management is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Business Process Design is recommended.
