Oversee daily export operations to ensure alignment with customer requirements. Coordinate with customer service and direct third-party vendors regarding special handling needs for imports and exports. Conduct daily toolbox meetings in the warehouse to maintain optimal housekeeping standards. Identify and implement improvements in warehouse operations while adhering to quality management goals. Collaborate with the team to ensure completion of daily tasks, alongside internal customer service and appointed service providers for export and import operations. Manage third-party traffic service providers to facilitate smooth deliveries and collections. Ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality regulations by all warehouse staff. Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience in the supply chain management sector. Ability to operate effectively under tight deadlines with relevant hands-on experience. Proficient in MS Office Suite.
