Responsibility:

• Define and own the company-wide Learning & Development strategy, aligning learning priorities with business goals and workforce planning
• Build and continuously evolve a structured learning program, covering onboarding, leadership development, functional skills, and other topics when necessary
• Build and maintain a learning content library, leveraging AI tools to create, personalize, and scale learning content efficiently
• Plan, coordinate, and execute company-wide meetings, town halls, annual conferences, and leadership offsites end-to-end
• Conceptualize and organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and cultural celebrations

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in L&D, HR, or a related role
• Bachelor's degree or above in HR, Psychology, Social Science, Business, Finance or a related field
• Proficient in using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for content creation and workflow automation
• Experience in financial services, brokerage, internet, or crypto/Web3 industries is strongly preferred
• Fluency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
