Roles & Responsibilities HR & Administrative Operations Support the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee administration Coordinate internship applications, recruitment activities, interview arrangements, and candidate follow-ups Manage work pass applications, renewals, employee records, and related government submissions Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and internal databases Support employee engagement activities, company events, welfare initiatives, and organisational development activities HR Systems & Process Improvement Assist in maintaining and improving HR processes, SOPs, onboarding materials, and internal documentation Support the development and maintenance of company intranet, internal resources, and shared documentation platforms Coordinate administrative matters relating to company assets, vehicle matters, lodging arrangements, and operational submissions Ensure proper filing, compliance, and timely submission of HR and administrative records Coordination & Operational Support Support day-to-day office administration and operational coordination Assist management with ad-hoc HR projects when required Requirements Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields 1-3 years of relevant HR or administrative experience preferred Fresh graduates with curiosity and willingness to learn are welcome to apply Familiar with HR administration, recruitment coordination, and employee records management preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Able to multitask and work independently with a curious mindset Positive attitude and proactive
