Resident Technical Officer (M&E), Singapore

Responsibilities: Scope of works includes supervision and co-ordination of all Mechanical & Electrical works. Ensure that all installations are in accordance with the Working / Approved Drawings, and applicable local Codes, Regulations and Standards. To attend site meetings and site walks with developer and consultants as required. Assist the Consultants in supervision and inspection of construction work on site. Monitor project progress schedule and quality standards. Maintain and update site records on project progress. Inspect and monitor quality of workmanship of M&E works on site. Check all drawings (including authority submission drawings and shop drawings) Requirements: Minimum qualification of Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering Minimum 8 years' (RTO) experience in the supervision of M&E installation for local Hospital/Healthcare/Institution/Commercial developments Familiar with local codes and regulations Experience in manufacturing facilities
