We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to support our department. If you enjoy coordinating processes, managing records, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this role is for you.
Job Responsibilities: Manage and maintain SOP documentation, ensuring timely updates and proper dissemination of changes to the Asset Management team Provide full meeting support, including coordination, scheduling, and preparation of accurate meeting minutes Maintain and update master records for season parking Monitor and track departmental budget, ensuring proper documentation and reporting Manage training records and FSM updates to ensure compliance Process MCST invoicing accurately and efficiently Support EHS data approval processes within lease management system Maintain proper records for awards and certifications
