Job Summary Full-time chef needed for a busy western kitchen to prepare all menu items from scratch, maintain kitchen cleanliness, manage stock rotation, and independently run meal service during quieter shifts. Responsibilities Prepare all menu items from raw ingredients to finished dishes in a busy western kitchen Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen to ensure a safe and efficient work environment Assist in rotating stock to manage inventory and reduce waste Collaborate effectively with team members to support smooth kitchen operations Independently manage meal service during quieter shifts to ensure timely food delivery Communicate clearly in English to coordinate tasks and maintain kitchen workflow Other Information Kitchen operating hours: noon to 3pm and 5pm to 9pm, 7 days a week Work schedule: 5 days per week Benefits: 12 annual leave days plus public holidays each year Bonuses: Monthly and yearly bonuses available details provided during onsite interview Previous applicants need not apply
